Group Programs

All group programs are customized to meet the needs of the particular group. Whether it be specific training regarding an injury or weakness (ex: joint replacement training) or an overall full body workout (ex: functional training for men/women/seniors), participation in our Group Programs does not require a Club Membership. You can join an existing group program or we can design any program to fit your group's needs. Class size consists of 4 - 8 participants. Below is a list of programs I have taught over the years.

Personal Training

Based on completion of a lifestyle questionnaire and Functional Movement Screen a customized program will be developed and implemented.

Personal Training is available in 30 or 60 minute sessions and does not require a membership.

Discounted packages are available.  Available for Personal Training Mon - Sat, 7:00am - 7:00pm

Memberships

All memberships include:

  • Tour of the facility, detailed use of all equipment. Why Compelling Fitness is different - our philosophy.
  • Completion of health history packet and lifestyle questionnaire.
  • Personalized program developed including pictures of exercises and detailed description.
  • Personal trainer on-site to answer questions and make necessary corrections/modifications as needed.

Types of Memberships:

  • Individual Membership: $30/month

No enrollment fees, no long term commitments.

Note: You do not need a Membership in order to participate in any of our Group Programs.  You may also take advantage of Personal Training sessions without needing a Membership.
