BODY WEIGHT TRAINING

  • Introduced to the benefits of crawling, rolling and tumbling

BAREFOOT TRAINING

  • Improved foot and ankle strength.

  • Improved balance and coordination.

  • Better posture and alignment.

POSTURAL CONDITIONING

  • How to improve your posture and reduce or eliminate chronic pain.

  • How your body is currently moving (standing, seated and dynamic posture)

  • Movement patterns to improve posture and reduce stress on back, neck, hip an knees

  • Move more efficiently at home, the gym at work or with anything you do

INDIAN CLUB TRAINING

  • ​​Effectively uses full range of motion of shoulders providing better shoulder strength and flexibility.

  • Improves grip and forearm strength. Builds core strength and improves stabilization.

  • Body Coordination: According to the 1914 U.S. Army Manual of Physical Training:“The effect of these exercises, when performed with light clubs, is chiefly a neural one,hence they are primary factors in the development of grace and coordination and rhythm.” 

  • Great for injury prevention as well as rehabilitation following injury

  • Indian clubs are beneficial training tools for athletes requiring shoulder strength and mobility (golf, tennis, baseball, martial arts)

GROUP YOUTH TRAINING

Group youth training is for kids of all fitness levels. This is an opportunity to connect with others, explore movement patterns using your own body weight, dumbbells, medicine balls and functional trainers while engaged in interactive games challenging balance, coordination, strength and enhancing communication and team-building skills.

Bret is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a
Performance Enhancement Specialist and has been training over 25yrs.
